Patrick Hare
President
Patrick Hare is a graduate of Worcester State University with a BS in Psychology.
Patrick D. Hare, Staff Assistant to the President’s Office, joined Worcester State University in a professional capacity in February 2012. While working for the President’s Office, Mr. Hare has been able to follow his passion for politics and public policy. Mr. Hare has worked with colleagues to develop annual student advocacy trips to the Massachusetts State House and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Hare enjoys volunteering his time and sits on the newly created city of Worcester’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee and also serves on the board of directors for the Planting the Seed Foundation. Mr. Hare is currently enrolled in the Leadership Worcester class of 2016-2017. He holds a Master’s degree in nonprofit management (2014) and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science (2012). Mr. Hare resides in Worcester, where he enjoys spending time with friends exploring the city and central Massachusetts. He has a passion for all things political and spends time hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Molly McCullough
Chair and Treasurer
Molly graduated from UMass Amherst in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She went on to earn her master’s in business administration from Nichols College in Dudley in 2007.
Molly is an active volunteer in her community. She was recently appointed to the Worcester Library Board Foundation. Additionally, she is a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, a member of the UMass Amherst Alumni Board of Directors, co-founder of Worcester Youth Field Hockey, past president of the Worcester Hibernian Cultural Foundation as well as a past volunteer with Junior Achievement and Muscular Dystrophy Association. She was the recipient of the 2008 Janice Nadeau Housing and Community Service Award and the 2012 recipient of the Shamrock Award.
As the Chair of PTS, Molly has organized numerous activities including Meat Raffles, Toy Drives and Stuff the Bus events. Molly has been a on the PTS Board since 2007 and has previously served as Treasurer and President.
